Every SFURN piece comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
What's covered
- Structural defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
What's not covered
- Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper assembly and care.
- Natural variation in wood grain, fabric, and finishes.
Making a claim
Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. If covered, we'll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
