Easy returns

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible items in their original, unused condition with all packaging.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-returnable items

Custom or made-to-order pieces and clearance items may not be eligible for return — please check the product page for details.
